Theatre Outre's annual, Quiant, Quiky & QUEER Festival, and as we wait with baited breath and queereocity for all the excitement that the festival is sure to hold, we are dedicating our queer-prov this month to breaking out the quaintest and quirkiest sides of our improvisers.
